On-Line Introduction to TEFL Course (20 hours)

Originally designed as a practical course to improve the skills of the less experienced teachers who worked on summer courses, this course has been developed to provide an overview of the various issues in TEFL, and is an excellent first step for anyone considering TEFL as an employment option. On successful completion you will receive a certificate detailing the length and content of the course.

Once you have enrolled, the course material can be downloaded as a pdf file and printed if required (23 pages in total). You can work through the material at your own pace, and then email me your completed coursework as a MS word document. You will then receive feedback on your work via email, and your certificate by post.

The coursework should take about 20 hours to complete, plus please note this is only a guideline – everyone works at their own pace. The on-line course covers the following areas:
