About the School:

Kid Lingual English, formerly knowing as Parade English, was founded in city of Hangzhou in 2011, is an Immersive English teaching institution for Chinese kids age between 3-14 y/o. Kid Lingual offers you a chance to teach in a cozy and friendly environment with world-class teaching facilities installed in every classroom. We aim to provide our students with a highly engaging and effective learning experience to English.

We are now looking for teachers coming ASAP or this July, 2019.


Job description:

Lesson length: 1 hour per lesson with 10 minutes break. There is one Chinese teacher assistant in the classroom. Mandarin is not required.

Teaching hours: 21~25 hours per week

Office hours: 11~15 hours per week

Day off: two days off on weekdays. Please note that we are having classes on Saturday and Sunday.


Summary of work duties:

Cooperate with Chinese tutors and give English lessons to children from Kindergarten level to primary school;

Engage in course R&D, also knowing as curriculum development;

Participate in school’s extra-curricular and social activities;

Love and caring, passion about children

Teacher is encouraged to teach and enrich curricular program along the way, to write his/her own lesson plans base on teaching course guide and to provide immersive learning techniques to his/her students throughout the class, such as role-playing, reading, phonics and singing & dancing etc.



Contract length: 12 months

Basic salary: RMB 12 - 18K (US$ 1,800 - US$ 2,600) per month (after tax) depends on years of teaching experience and qualifications

House allowance: RMB 3K (US$ 450) per month(after tax) 

Basic salary includes 84 teaching hours per month. Extra teaching hours will be paid - once exceed the 84 teaching hours within the month will be compensated with RMB 200 per class.


Bachelor degree or above

Over 2 years English teaching relative experience

Native English speaker

With TEFL/TESOL/CELTA qualification


Refund for legalization of the certificates (degree / TEFL or TESOL or CELTA / criminal record) 
Refund for the Work VISA (Z VISA)
Flight allowance (up to RMB 5K per contract year)
Professional training and introduction to Chinese culture 
Airport pickup and free hotel upon arrival (up to 3 days)
Assistance in finding suitable accommodation 
Provide city life guide such as communication and transportation assistance (WeChat \ Ali Pay \ DiDi \ VPN and etc.)
Insurance authorized by the Chinese Government
